should i be even more worried?

I've been having what I'm thinking are braxton Hicks contractions (so far for 20mins today) and I've had a mucus discharge on and off since early July and I just turned 23weeks.... I'm considered high risk BC I had my first born on the day I turned 35 weeks so I have to have a nurse visit me once a week to give me a shot to make sure I can keepy second child in as long ad possible but I'm under so much stress currently that I'm afraid that not even these shots will keep my second in... should I be even more worried?

If you have any doubt at all, call your doctor/nurse. It's important to catch it before it gets too far.
