symptoms gone!?

Hi i am 6w5d today and i want to know if this is completly normal or not.  Just yesterday i had sore boobs, headaches, bloating, nauesa, cramps and back pain but today the only symptoms that seem to be staying around are back pain and cramps.  Is it normal for symptoms to come and go.  Its happened before im just nervous i might have a miscarriage or sumthng.  This happened 2 days ago and my symptoms came back with a big smack in the face.   I have no bleeding or spotting at all.  Any answer will be appreciated.

Like said above, symptoms can come and go in early pregnancy. They've left before and came back so they're probably do the same this time too.
As long as you're not having any bleeding or in any pain then the loss of symptoms would be nothing to worry about.

Symptoms that early in pregnancy are not a guarantee and are not something to worry about. Some women will have lots of symptoms while others will have none. And it is not uncommon to have them and then have them go away. Dont worry about!
