trying to get pregnant

when i was 14 i had my right side ovary and phlopian tube removed from a cyst. i also had tumors connected to my left ovary. I still have my left ovary and phlopian tube. I was also on the Depo shot for 5 years and then right after i stopped using that form of birth control i switched to the miranda IUD birth control. I have never had a regular period. At the most a couple of hours of light pink discharge, more than likely caused by sex. I recently had the IUD removed and am trying to get pregnant. I have so many questions regarding my situation.
1. is it even possible for me to get pregnant?
2. will it take me longer to get pregnant?
3. what tips would help me to get pregnant?

If anyone has any information that would be useful knowledge for my situation, please respond. thank you for your time :)

It is still possible to become pregnant it just may take a bit longer than others.

I found great luck using ovulation predictor kits which tell you when you are ovulating so you know when to have sex. I also used a sperm friendly lube called pre seed
