worried 21 weeks pregnant

Im a bit worried about some symptoms i've been having recently. i'm 21 weeks pregnant and am having really bad discomfort in my vagina. I thought it was maybe just a touch of thrush but it is getting worse, even while im using canistan. It is very sore and seems to be swelling up quite a bit I am embarrased about going to the doctor but really want to have an idea what it might be. please help

you should never be embarassed about going to the doctor if it is an infection it can cause your cervix to swell and you water to break early...it could be ghonorrea, e coli infection, allergy to sperm, irritation from soaps, etc...you need to call your doctor and be seen asap.

thank you I plan to i have a hospital appointment on tues morn but hoped to maybe get some idea of what it might be before i go :(

I'd suggest going to the dr asap, I'm not sure what it is as I haven't had anything like it, but if it's an infection it should be treated.
