To help with mine I make a fruite smoothie every morning and include oats in it, I also eat an activa yogurt. Plenty of water and going in a daily walk helps too.

I was asvised by my midwife to look at diet first. Make sure ur drinking 2 litres of water a day and 5 portions of fruit and veg x

Don't do all the OTC medications.  Apple Cider vinegar diluted in a liter of water (you can sweeten it with stevia, cause it tastes gross), probiotics, or a nice big bowl of Greek yogurt with milled flaxseed & chia seeds.  Full of fiber and also gives you and baby much needed nutrients.  

Also try and add in some extra water during the day.
