I was picked up and squeezed in a bear hug by someone i hadn't seen in over a yr and he didn't know i was pregnant and i wasnt showing much. It hurt so bad, i cried and sincei was at work, i hurt even more. The pains got worse over the next couple hours so i wentto the er and got checked. They said everything is fine, and that our bellies protect a lot better than we think. And that id be in unbearable excruciating pain, and bleeding if my belly "popped" for lack of a better word. But, the next day my baby wasn't active, and that scared me, i let it be for that day and the next he was normal again. I think that maybe they react to the stress or something. My baby will be super active for days and then spend a day quiet with littke movement, like hes resting. I always get scared and then the next day hes active again.

If you arw really worried go back to the hospital.  They wont get upset. Its safer to go then to take the risk by yourself.
