Just curious ad to why you wouldn't eat everyday? You would think the nutrition and well being of your unborn baby is important.  If it's a matter of money then go to a food bank or get on government assistance.

Your baby draws its nutrition from you. Not nessaseraly from your food. I was worried about not eating enough calcium an told my dr. He said if im not taking in enough they baby just draws the calcium from my bones. Which isnt the greatest thing. But stay hydrated an take ur vitamins not matter what.

You should eat something everyday for your baby's health. Most everything you eat while you are pregnant goes to baby. Low birth weight, heart conditions, mental and physical damages. Yes not eating everyday can hurt your unborn, still growing baby.

Of course! the baby will be malnourished. You can risk the baby not forming properly, especially in the first trimester. You need a prenatal vitamin daily along with calcium and protein for your baby to grow
