I think as long as you don't eat over a certain amount it's OK .
But always double check with your Dr , that way his answer would be better than ours . Lol

My Dr told me is have to eat a 50 pound fish myself in order to have enough to cause poisoning lol you just need to be smart about it and don't overdue it
They say not more than 1 can of tuna per week to be on the safe side.

No. Tuna is healthy but just watch out for too much fish because you don't want to get mercury poisoning.
