29 weeks with some strong contractions

I keep waking up in the middle of the night with strong contractions. I know Braxton hicks is common but they have become more frequent, what was once every couple days has now become 3 times a night or so. Any one have advice or going through this as well?

Definitely could be a possibility, I.made an appointment to meet with my doctor about it. I have been experiencing cotton mouth as well. Dehydration sounds like the cause of all of this discomfort though. Thank you!

Hmm... Are you dehydrated? I got a couple early braxton hicks at like 19 weeks bc I had one tall Starbucks drink then found out it's because caffeine dehydrates you causing contractions.  I had sone painful false labor pains & bh contractions at 36 weeks & I wasn't dehydrated but my cervix was just beginning to dilate & efface.

I would definitely text your midwife or call your doctor & at least ask about it.
