Do you guys think the 32 oz Dr pepper is what kept me up all night I usually don't drink soda but I wanted it last night

Lol I think it would be cute if u waited till the ultrasound and handed it to him. I told my man that iwas pregnant but he didn't believe it until I had the ultrasound. It gives them confirmation that your pregnant. Lol good luck hun.

No Pepsi,Coke, and mountain dew are higher in caffeine then Dr pepper u should be fine. I drink Dr pepper every night and I sleep just fine. Do what makes u feel comfortable.

Might have been worst on me to cause I am not a big soda drinker and I don't drink coffee at all I hope I get to sleep soon though

Dr pepper is one of the highest caffeinated sodas on the market. Even more than mountain dew!

That could have seriously been it. Your body reacts to things differently while your pregnant. Try to keep it down to 250mg of caffeine a day. And remember that even some food has caffeine in it.

No that wont do it but your hormones will. I know once I hit 32 weeks I swear I stayed up for 7 hours way too long

Yup, plus u probably shouldn't be drinking that much soda in one sitting while pregnant. Lots of sugar and caffeine

It could have. The doctors recommend, if you are going to have soda with caffeine, only have a 20 oz, at the most in one day. If you are not a regular soda drinker, I suggest only having a glass and see how you do? What flavor was it? Was it good? :) Just another thought, get a soda that is caffeine free.
