???

Don't know how to tell my mom & grandpa I'm pregnant. I'm 19 weeks & bf has already told his parents. I've told both my best friends as well. I'm worried I'll be judged. I have 4 kids & preg with my 5th. We don't really see much of each other in person. I was thinking tell her by sending ultrasound pic of foot from the other day, or a balloon with the month/yr of EDD. WHAT Are SOme OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

Oh wow. Lol that sounds like it would be my mom. I have a hard time trying to find a time where she's not all flustered and rushing. Well yesterday she asked if my headaches were from my period I said no. She says well just don't get pregnant again... Thanks mom. I was going to say too late but it would have caused a big argument :p that's a good idea... I might see her tomorrow for a bit so i might  take the ultrasound pics with me, or a baby boy onsie i bought today!!

You could call her then send it to her in text and say, "hey, check your text messages". Then keep talking to her. She will probably ask "what's that?" Do you know the sex yet? I found it easier to tell her after I knew that I could say "that's your grandson/granddaughter".

oh, and both my sister and I are financially independent...she lives all the way in Japan with her husband of 20 years, yet our mom still had negative things to say.

Should I txt, should I call, should I send fb msg of an ultrasound pic? Idk. Lol. I want to get it done before she heard from someone else now.

I knew my mother wouldn't be happy because she just has a negative attitude lol but I just handed her an ultrasound. She said some rude remarks but I just made them into jokes. I also had my camera ready to take her reaction hahaha I also made fun of her and asked her what she thought my big belly was. I'm having #3 btw...my mom was also rude to my sister who was 38 and having #3...so, yes, some people will always be rude...I'm glad that I told her though.

Thank you! I do everything on my own. I know I'm going to be judged either way but I don't care. I just care when it comes from my mom & gpa even though they don't really watch them or anything.... Biggest pis off right now - my sister I STopped talking too because of a bunch of reasons just sends me a Facebook message about the gender. I told him not to even. A tell anyone I was pregnant and he told his mom who has the biggest mouth ever. I just wanna scream. :'(

If they are helping you support the other 4, then you should get ready to be judged. But if they are not then you can use my line when I told everyone that I'm pregnant with my 6th, I say I Dont ask anyone to babysit and we support or own kids so I can have as many as I want. I say it in a jokingly way but I am soooo serious. Either they can congratulate you or not
