I have food poisoning should I be worried

Hello,last night at 2am I became very sick. I started to vomit,poop and urinate at the same time that was when I knew something was wrong.  All day today my stomach feels bad I feel like throwing up and pooping again but nothing is coming out.  Am currently at work and I don't know if I should go to erase and check things out.

Good choice. Being sick like that can dehydrate you. I'm glad you went to the dr

You poor thing am so sorry your so sick. You need to go to the dr asap for sure. Drink lots of water you dont want to get dehydrated too. Hope you start feeling better.
