10weeks...my usual symptoms gone.

I'm 10+2weeks and for a few days my breast tenderness is gone, my stomach felt bloated, and above my pubic bone few inches below my belly button felt more firm, that is also gone. I've only been sleeping a lot but I've figured it's from early morning work. I've heard of missed miscarriage and I'm worried this is what has happened. Have any of you ladies experienced a loss of pregnancy symptoms so early on? Oh I haven't had bleeding, just like whiteish discharge but not much, and minor cramps once in a while.

I think your okay. I have had miscarriages before and its something you would know its happening and you bleed, also the cramps are intense.  Your discharge sound pretty normal. I have had some discharge and I ask my obgyn and she said it was normal because of all the hormones. I think your just lucky, and didnt experience lots of symptoms.  But if you still need peace of mind talk to your dr. Hope all is well:)

I wouldn't worry about miscarriage cos u would bleed and I think ud have more cramps. Ive heard of women who only have the early pregnancy symptoms for two days.  To put ur mind at rest talk to your doctor.  Sure all is well

I haven't had any other symptoms besides fatigue and slight breast Tenderness since I was about 9 weeks. I believe it's pretty normal. They say if you don't have symptoms anymore its Ok, that your one of the lucky ones who aren't sick throughout their whole pregnancy ;)
