A cold glass of milk helps and smaller meals. My OB didn't allow tums, but allowed me to start proloces at 16 weeks and it's completely gone now.

I have bad heart burn I just stay away from the food that makes it worse, n smaller portion of  meal. Not eat acidic food late at night. That's all I do n it's really not too bad for me
