12 Days to go....
Any suggestions on how to go into labor. Im 2cm dialated and 60 % effaced. I am so ready, and have tons of pressure "down there". I know sex can help, but its not really something enjoyable enough right now. Walking is another good way I know, and although I live in HOT FLORIDA, I will walk at night instead of the heat of the day. This is baby #3 for me and I just want it to begin already. **ANY SUGGESTIONS** ??????
I'm 4 cm and 80% effaced and I've done a lot of walking with the success of some contractions but they always stop. You could try castor oil. I just took 1tbs and I'm waiting to see if it works and brings on some contractions...
Bounce on a yoga ball.. It may help but I know walking is the best.. I live in fl so I understand the heat part
