when is it ok to stop worrying!?

Hi , im 14 weeks FTM and im constantly worried about me miscarrying or something going wrong. When did you guys start to feel more comfortable? This is my first pregnancy and all my tests came back that baby was healthy and heatbeat was good! I know I may sound neurotic but after reading stories and talking to other women I just want to enjoy my pregnancy !

Once you see the heartbeat, your chance for miscarriage goes way down. After 12 weeks it's even lower chance. I would stop worrying now and just enjoy your pregnancy. There's nothing that worrying can do except cause problems, so just think about holding your baby and get excited for the kicks to start, etc...don't stress.

Enjoy it. I was the exact same way until I hit about 20 weeks. Now I'm about 31 and feel her kicking constantly so that also helps. Try planning things and think of the future when they are here in your arms. That helps too. Take the time now to read a baby prep book because that too helps to focus on the future and worry less.

Honestly as much as this *****, there is no time you're good. It all depends on the baby sadly. I've had a friend to carry to 40 weeks but go in to no heartbeat at the next appointment or have to go into early labor with a 22 week old who had passed :( It's heartbreaking but one of the best things you can do is not stress!
