I sneezed & had a little leak, can't stress enough the importance of pelvic floors all the way through. My midwife told me about gussie grips on twitter. Perhaps have a check?

Try to do some kegels, to strengthen your pelvic muscles, they actually help a lot.

It's OK I had a 24 hour bug a couple weeks ago and as I was throwing up I was trying not to poop myself and well I still pooped a little in my panties and was so mad I was about to cry.

It's very normal, I actually was sick a few weeks back and peed my self while throwing up, it's embarrassing but it is part of it. I'd like to say the mommy bladder ends after u have the baby but unfortunately it doesn't. I sometimes can't sneeze with put a little dribble or run and jump even. It ***** but it's part of it. :(
