A SMALL shot of apple cider vinegar followed by a small glass of ice water is what I use. Once a day and it cures it all day. Helps with blood sugar and blood pressure too. I passed my 1 hour glucose test and my B/P has been perfect all pregnancy! My midwife suggested it with my first pregnancy. It helps a little with nausea too. Make sure it's the Apple Cider Vinegar with "the mother". Hope it helps!
