17 weeks and bad evening/night pains
Hi All. 17 weeks with my first and getting very bad cramps/pains in the evenings/nightime accompanied by bad gas. Anyone else in same boat? Is this normal?
It's most likely something your eating...took me a few weeks to figure out certain foods for lunch//dinner make me miserable or eating too much at dinner. Your digestive system slows way down to let baby get fed.
Try smaller evening meals and taking 50mg of b6 to held digestion...that was my OB's instructions and I feel 100% better.
