17p injection

Hello anyone here have to get the 17p (progesterone) injections. .I start mines on sunday.. An im kinda nervous about it ...any pros n cons

Ok thanks alot feel a lot better ...been scared an sad during this pregnancy with everything I have to go through. .frequent doctor visit . cerclage put in.  Now shots ..an little stressed an overwhelmed .. but I no its all for good an to have a healthy baby

nothing to worry about although it does burn for a few minutes but it's really no big deal. Im getting my last one on Monday! good luck momma!

I started my welly injections at 16 weeks, and will have them til 36 weeks. Don't be nervous, I don't really feel them, no side effects for me either. Nurse did say some patients do get a rash at injection site. The only thing I'm concerned about is the weekly trip to the clinic exposing me to all the nasty germs there.

Don't be nervous it's just a shot to the butt. And they switch sides every week.  I got 2 more to go. U can do it it's not that bad
