1st trimester & not hungry

I'm at 7 weeks and have been having a lot of trouble eating breakfast and dinner. The sight and smell of food disgusts me and makes my belly ache. Is this normal?

just make sure your taking your prenatals and if you really cant eat try one of those healthy shakes like ensure or whatever. I loved the naked juice smoothies in my first trimester

I snack on fruits all day because I can't smell them, and eat crackers and wheat bread with pb as well. Thanks for the recommendations.

I lived on Cheeze-Its and granola bars for the first couple of months in my pregnancy. Some food aversions were so strong that I had to leave the area. It is completely normal. I agree that bland foods and snacks will help. Good luck!

You may be able to keep more down if you literally take one bite instead of a whole snack. Then come back to it ten 15 minutes later. Besides all that they recommended above jello is another good one. Blan foods is the rule of thumb

Food aversion is as common as food cravings. This is totally normal. :)
