Food aversion is as common as food cravings. This is totally normal. :)
I was sick for three months striaght. Couldnt eat much lota of smells would trigger my stomach to turn. Try nuts crackers and ginger ale. Eat that in the morning before getting ready foe ur day. Hope this helps.
Well your nose is so sensitive rite nw so somethangs make you sick I can't say nun cuz all I Eva want is food but you need to get use to both of those meals do you snack thru out the day
You may be able to keep more down if you literally take one bite instead of a whole snack. Then come back to it ten 15 minutes later. Besides all that they recommended above jello is another good one. Blan foods is the rule of thumb
I lived on Cheeze-Its and granola bars for the first couple of months in my pregnancy. Some food aversions were so strong that I had to leave the area. It is completely normal. I agree that bland foods and snacks will help. Good luck!
I snack on fruits all day because I can't smell them, and eat crackers and wheat bread with pb as well. Thanks for the recommendations.
just make sure your taking your prenatals and if you really cant eat try one of those healthy shakes like ensure or whatever. I loved the naked juice smoothies in my first trimester
