Pregnancy Weight, stories and advice.

So I'm a ftm 32 weeks pregnant.  Before I got pregnant I weighed 110 and now I'm 144 pounds. Mind you,  I'm 4'11 and 24 years old. So I'm rather petite.  My doctor said I'm wasn't gaining too much and that I needed to gain the weight. I get compliments saying I carry it well but I still feel like 35 pounds is like WOW lol. Is this normal for me to think sad feel?

Yes, it's normal to morn our pre pregnancy body.  My body never looked exactly the same after I had kids.  But it's alright.  You go to a new normal.  You've gained the right weight for your baby and that is important for them!  And if you were fit before, you'll be fit after.  You begin eating right (which you probably are but just more calories now) and when you get the green light from your doctor, you can exercise again.  Breast feeding helps take the baby weight off.

I lost all my baby weight from my first baby by the 6 month mark.  However, I got pregnant again when my first was 7 months.  That was rough the second time around and the weight didn't fall off as quickly the second time.  Probably partly because it was hard to take really good care of myself with a newborn and a one year old.

but, you'll probably bounce back pretty quickly.  You just have to really do a lot of sit ups to get that muscle back the way it was in the abdomen.  Also, here is something no one told me but I figured out.  Do chest exercises with light weights to keep your breast tissue strong.  Breast feeding can lead to sagging breasts---  lifting those weights helps that.

good luck.  It's all for the best of causes.  good luck
