I'm in the same boat as jp0812 but I'm only 27 weeks and I've had it a while and its only gotten worse.... With yoga.. Physical therapy... Band and all... Nothing works. Steroids help with inflammation but it comes back one u end the dose. Feels like an endless battle

Same here. Try the stretches or yoga and the pillows too. I also started using a maternity band during the day. It helps with the baby load and makes it less painful at night.

I'm almost 35 wks but have had hip pain since about 20. It's so uncomfortable and unfortunately it only gets worse. Like she mentioned above trying to stay active definitely helps. I do hip stretches and it eases it a bit. And pillow props at night.

I am almost 24 weeks and also experience hip and leg pain while sleeping. I would highly recommend prenatal yoga. I haven't been doing mine lately, and that is when I experience the pain. When I do the prenatal yoga I don't have issues. I have been using pillows under my bum and back, as well as one between my knees. I also  stretch in the middle of the night if the pain wakes me up.
