Exercise is good! Also putting your feet up and getting rest is great too. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water!
Things are starting to change already. Things are moving around and stretching and growing. I had that with both of my pregnancies. It's uncomfortable, but it means things are moving along! I felt that warm (not too hot) showers helped. Also, staying active helped keep my symptoms less noticeable, so I made a routine of getting some exercise at least every other day. Congrats;-)
