Has anyone done it ? I got a call from my doctor and it came back abnormal probably have to go next week to do more testing anyone else have to go through this ???

I had to twice for high blood pressure... they came back normal. .. I was on lebetalol but it caused me to go too low and was taken off of it

I take 100mg of labetalol 2x a day. It really does help. Initially my bp was really high, 193/120! I was really scared, they sent me to the ER. I've never had bp issues before. I hope it all goes away after I deliver.

I had to do it as well. It was because my blood pressure was really high and they are worried about possible preeclampsia. If there's too much protein in your urine it means your kidneys could be shutting down and not filtering properly. And that can lead to not enough nutrients for baby. also with high blood pressure you could have a heart attack or stroke. My urine test was normal buy they still put me on meds for high blood pressure. Hopefully everything will work out and you and baby will be just fine.

It's just scary but they said I've always had it Everything been going okay she's growing the way she should she's healthy which is all I care about is her but not knowing it drives me nuts

Mine came back borderline. More protein than what's normal but not bad and my blood pressure has borderline the last few appointments as well. They're keeping an eye on me because my family history is against me. Every woman in my family has ended up pre eclamtic so we're just waiting for it to hit me.

I have done it too mine was for high blood pressure :)  came back normal.... thank.god but.my.blood pressure goes up and down

Every time I went to the doctor I've been having so much protein and they have take this jug home and take back the next day so they can see why I have so much protein in my urine and I did this on Tuesday took it back on Wednesday
