28 weeks with a fever

I'm a ftm and I just started to feel feverish.  I have a 100.1° temperature, and a tickle in the back of my throat (with phlegm) which is making me cough.  I'm terrified of coughing because a) it hurts (round ligament) and b) I'm afraid to pee a little from the coughing.  Any advice to lower this fever and calm the cough in the 3rd trimester?  Thanks!

I think you should contact your doctor if you haven't already. I don't have any advice though. Hope you get better soon!
