help please!
All day Ive had lower back spasm's, called the doctors and ended up going to get a heating pad. BUT now for the pass 35 mintues im get lower cramps in my belly every 3 to 5 mintues. Im only 34weeks 1 day along this cant be contractions right?
You could of been having back labor and now it's in you tummy. I'd get checked just to be sure. If there consistent and don't let up
I really don't wanna go to the hospital
It wouldn't hurt to go in and have them look you over just to be safe
