29 weeks and not sleeping at all

I'm 29 weeks and I can't sleep at all, I can be so tired but not be able to fall asleep and I have to use the bathroom every 20 to 30 minutes, no matter how early I stop drinking fluids in the day.

Any advice or help, I work 50 hours plus a week and have two children 5 and 7 and I'm cranky all the time.

Thanks in advance

Not to be nosy but if you have a partner he needs to cut you some slack don't be afraid to ask family members for help your carrying a beautiful life inside you that's a big job as is stop being hard on yourself and just ride the wave and enjoy life and let everything fall in place

I feel the Same, 38 weeks. Although I don't work and have 2 kiddos!

Hmm.. they say bath before bed, putting away your phone so you don't grab it staying up using it (causes insomnia in some), not doing exercise or busy activities before you got to go to bed... I assume you have a bedtime schedule with 2 kids so I'm not going to suggest that lol reading a book always works for me if I can't sleep. I just stay up and read, and can fall asleep on the couch even haha and avoid caffeine after 3 pm (working group that many hours, I say that because I would need some sometimes!) Have protein before bed to fill you up longer, having a full belly helps people sleep better... try not thinking too much about sleep too.. and don't think about what you have to do the next day, write it down on about notepad next to your bed if you have to but do not stay up thinking about it.
Sorry hope these help!
