Same here. I just get sick when I eat though. I've been this way since week 5 and the farther I get the more issues I have eating. This is what works for me though, when you wake up, if you've been asleep for more than 1-4 hours, eat something, or drink a glass of milk(if milk upsets your stomach, try some lactose free). If you've been asleep for longer, take some antacids and drink water before your feet even hit the floor, then start with something that is high in protein but light on the stomach. Because of all my issues, I've been restricted to lactose free and limited gluten, and this works wonders.
I was like that then my doctor told me to snake on something every 3 hrs... has worked for mee n eat crackers with sprite or water helps mee every time....
Its bile from your stomach. Im 28wks and still throw up the odd time. My son it was just constant. Morning, noon and night. Even in labour. Im having a girl this time round (my second daughter) and sickness isnt so bad. I try to have a drink of water at the side of my bed so I'll bring that up instead of bile which ia gross x
