I have a dark brown prominant line running from my belly button to my lower pelvis. Also depends on your skintone, darker women tend to have darker more noticable linea negra's.

I have two boys and having a girl. Now that I think about it, for my boys I had the dark line going down under my belly button and for this one the line is going up and down

The only ways to tell gender areveither my specialised blood test or ultrasound. And also by waiting for the baby  to  be born of course ;)

Dont believe im on my 4th and never got a line with any of my kids I have 2 boys and soon will have 2 girls

This is so true thats how I found out I was having a girl because with my two boys I had a line down my belly and now with this one I have none just light blonde hair on my belly I new it before I had my  20 weeks altrasound

Mine was above my belly button & below my belly button...& I had a baby girl...& I think with my son it was 10 years ago but it was below & above belly....

I had a line for all three of my babies and now am forming a line this 4th time around too. I have 2 boys and 1 girl so far and I'm waiting to see what I'm having this time around

I *heard* if from your belly button down = boy
Belly button to upward =girl.  I'm having a girl and Mine goes both up and down from my belly button. Lol

No, I do not believe that!! I am expecting a boy, I have a nice dark line. :)
