Headaches are hard to beat. Try eating a few almonds 6-12. Try cold or heat to see what works for you. Also Some foods will cause headaches.
I had the worst headaches in my first tri. Like migraines, for days non stop. I felt like when I would take a Tylenol every day that my body became ammune to it & it stopped working. Haven't took one since then. I started to drink a little bit of caffeine, or put a cold rag on my fore head or the back of my neck and dim the lights. Nothing ever Completely made it better idk how far along you are but hopefully when your body adjusts to your hormones it won't give you headaches
