I had a check up at 33 weeks as well that explained my boy was only 3.7 lbs... They were concenerned about size but I am now 36 weeks and have had a growth spurt for sure! I previously only gained 10lbs, I'm now at 17! Your baby grows the most in the 3rd trimester! You should be good, just eat when you're hungry and keep up on your liquids! Good luck!

Ohh and upping your veggies and fruit is just water weight to you. I followed what my dr said with upping my protein and he caught up. Although he was still only 5.15 he was healthy and myself and bf are little lol

So this was me at this stage . My dr told mr to decrease carbs and up my protein. I ended up having my baby eight days early , healthy 5lbs.15oz. So up your protein decrease carbs since carbs are going to you . Not the baby

Typically it's WHAT you need to eat not how much more to add.
Maybe, rather than increasing water intake, try increase of dense foods (veggies/fruits and carbs)? What does your OB/midwife think?

I dont think there  is much  you  can  do  to beef her up. Worst case scenario they  will induce you earlier  so she can  come out as some babies are better out then in and treat  her then. Happened to my friend her baby had to come out as he wasnt growing was 1.2kilos at 34week. His  a thriving  little monkey now 2yrs later
