Has any one been on progesterone before?

And if yes how was your experience?

I took the vaginal inserts until 13 weeks pregnant after 2 losses, and I am now 35 weeks :) it wasn't that bad, the only annoying part was all the clumps you'd have in your vagina for days after finishing it. But once it's all cleaned out, you'll be happy lol and happy you'll have a healthy baby!!! Good luck you'll be fine!

I've been on hydroxy progesterone shots since week 20 to not lose my baby. Bruised up, itchy, moody. Three more weeks left until 34th week and I'm done with it :-)

I was on progestrone 200mg every night until placenta took over. It actually made me little dizzy.

I was on a progesterone cream from the day of the positive test until 12 weeks.  It increased my symptoms of pregnancy significantly (more nausea and headaches) ... I had experienced a few very early losses (and one late loss) when I wasn't on the progesterone, and being on it pushed me through that first trimester with a healthy baby.  I am now 21 weeks and our little girl is doing so well.  Progesterone is great for what it does, but yeah, as soon as I got off of it, the bad symptoms nearly vanished.

I'm currently on progesterone pesseries. I do it of a night. The only downside is the discharge the following day

I was on progesterone shots for thr first 12 weeks and they weren't that bad.

I was on progesterone  suppositories  from 3 weeks to 27 weeks I took one every night kept my baby healthy the only downside  in my opinion  was the discharge  from them make sure to wear a panty liner but other than that they do help so it's so worth it even if they have some side effects

I had them as well. The only issue was that it has the tendency to relax your bowel so I wasnt able to go very well.. its worth it if it keeps the baby healthy in the early stages.

I got put on a vaginal suppository progesterone until I was 13 weeks. It wasn't bad, just do it at night and wear a pad because it will come out once diasolved. I would suggest wearing undies you don't really care about lol
