Mine are a little painful. At least I guess they are braxton hicks... I get just a few randomly spaced and then they stop.

Contractions hurt. Braxton Hicks usually dont. The only way I find them similar is in the tightening. But contractions are obviously harder and majorly painful.
I am 34 weeks and getting them also but mine arent painful my belly just gets rock hard and its uncomfortable
For me braxton hicks are tightening in belly and back and my belly feels hard to the touch and not really able to time them more sparadic,my "real"contractions were much stronger and timable
