Ouch Pain !
Omg :-( My stomach is so hard and hurts so back I have to breath. I havent eatten because my stomach hurts alot :-( Do braxton hicks hurt this much, Ive had two pains so far. I know I sound dumb, but Im in pain :-(

Also try a bath to help with the pain and or a heating pad. Try diff positions as well. Each side, and with pillows to prop you diff ways. Keep timing them.... just to be on the safe side. Good luck

They do if your a bit dehydrated . drink lots of water to help with the pain.
