37+4 and in pain

Hey everyone.
For a few weeks now I've been getting shooting pains down low also when I walk I'm getting a pain in my left leg. Normally it's just a quick sharp pain and passes. Now I can't put any weight on it without it making my leg completely go so I can't stand. Has anyone else had or getting this? I have MW on Monday. Xxx

I was taken into hospital today and given the sweep. I am 1cm dilated so midwife thinks that's what it is. Thanks for getting back to me.

I get it too when I've been on my feet too many days in a row. Some reading 've done automatically says its sciatica, others say that sciatica is often misdiagnosed and that its actually a part of pelvic girdle pain. I'm trying wearing a pregnancy support belt to shift the bump weight and alternate more between sitting and standing at work. I've been off for six days on a break and haven't had the same problems since I've been off my feet. Talk to your Dr and ask...to be sure. Your may need to visit physio.
