please help a lot of pain with no answers

I really need help I don't know what is going on and my Dr says its all normal but my Dr said my baby not moving for a couple days is normal but it turned out umbilical cord was around her throat and I almost lost her. So I don't trust her judgment. But here is what's going on. I had my daughter almost two weeks ago and the very next day I got my tubes tied. Now my hips hurt all the time and when I lay down and get up I can hardly walk because I am I so much pain. My bleeding is still bright red and it stops for a day than it comes back and its heavy again. My hands and feet have been swelling on and off again. And if I'm not in the bathroom right when I feel I have to go I am in so much pain it makes me sick and it hurts in the lower back area it even hurts when I have to pass gas. I have no clue what's going on and I have no one to turn to. Please someone help me i don't know what's going on.
