sleep

Im 30 weeks , its really hard to sleep does anyone have some opinions on what I should do?

Yea, me too....I just realized I'm 28 weeks (an hour later). Good night!

Hahaa @Candy_T it's 12:50 and I'm about to go to sleep finally cause my eyes are getting heavy lol hope you ladies sleep good!!!

I usually just stay up until I'm passing out lol and I always sleep like a baby

I read that Unisom or Benadryl can help, but I would consult your Dr about that too be safe. I suffer from insomnia and I'm 27+6.

Im 35 weeks and have been having the same issue. For some reason though after I have a banana I sleep a lot better. I also use my body pillow more than ever. Hope that helps. Taking naps though when you can make help you catch up too.
