3hr glucose test rant
Sitting having my 3hr test done! I think its a little ridiculous that i have to go with out food for damn near 12hrs for this test. My paper work said no food or drink except water after midnight, then you can't eat or drink anything during the test. I mean really?
The worst is the nasty sugar drink. Eeewww especially when that's what you get on a empty stomach.
Now time seems to be speeding up. Have 20mins till my two hour mark and third poke.
Yeah it ***** but time actually goes by fast. She drew my blood and i drunk the "kool aid" and my doctor called me back for a check up. After that it didnt seem that long.
