I need to dilate! early labor!
In order to not get sent home and give the husband a birthday baby, I am being made walk around to try to dilate.
Im still at 2cm!

Im 2 cm dilated !
Try standing in a warm shower with 1 leg up on the stool during contractions. Can't dilate if you're tensing up during contractions. The shower is the only thing that got me thru with my 2nd.
Try walking up & down stairs alot, then take a hot bath, then have sex with the hubby. That's how a friend of mine suddenly went into labor with both of her kids
Good luck!! My whole crotch is hurting like burning when I walk.. but no contractions worth mentioning. Jeez.. I hope your baby comes before mine!
Wait are u at the hospital? I missed an update!! GL!! I'm going to try the walking thing right now but my whole "area" is swollen and in pain so I probably won't make it far!

I wish I was dilated. I'm due tomorrow and in not dilated at all. Continue to walk as much as possible. Hopefully it works out for you.
