I dont  no my regular boobs hurts and I got a mass under my armpit thats swollen that hurts too...thats were my small left boob is...  since my right is bigger (venting)  & in pain does any bpdy else got that problem

Am 16 weeks this is my forth p.g the only diff from then to now its way bigger I bf all my kids until they were 2 but this time the mass its the size of a golf ball

Yea allways happens to me its milk simulating it hurts someetimes but once baby comes it goes away

How far along are you? It could actually be a your milk/colostrum coming in.  The tissue in armpit area is breast tissue so it's definitely possible to have a clogged milk duct in your armpit.  Try running warm water over the lump while in the shower or use a warm compress.
