Just means for the moment you are one of the lucky few who get zero of the bad symptoms. I had none with my first and she was a healthy pregnancy and now a happy 2yearold.
This pregnancy I had morning sickness so bad I had to get meds.

It's simply luck of the draw, enjoy! And congrats!

I thought I read that all those symptoms are higher week 6.   Try to relax if you start cramping you will worry and if you get the sickness you will feel horrible.   I actually found out because I was having side ligament pain and I get the hiccups during my whole pregnancy. It's horrible but it's kind of giving m peace of mind this early on.

It's kinda disappointing because you don't "feel" pregnant but try to make the most of it just in case, my symptoms didn't start until 6wks with both pregnancies.

I'm 8 weeks today and my symptoms keep coming and going. The one that stays the most is nausea and tiredness.  I had an ultrasound cuz literally all my symptoms were gone except for cramping and I got worried. Waited a long 3 years for baby #2. I had it done at 6 weeks 6 days. Everything was good and growing how he/she are suppose to. With my first I had absolutely nothing. Shes a healthy 4 year old girl

Everyone and every pregnancy is different as others have said.  You may be one of the lucky ones that never develops first trimester symptoms.  But do know that things like nausea start around week 6 to 7 of pregnancy on average as it takes a bit for hormones to accumulate from the pregnancy ---  and that is what causes the symptom.  So, you could still get sick, etc.  Are you a little more sleepy than normal?  Almost everyone has that one.  :>)  Anyway, congratulations hon!

With  my first, I didnt even start to feel nausea until I was a little over 6 weeks. I had a little bit of cramping for a few days and didn't again after that. Usually around 6-7 Weeks is when nausea and fatigue show up. Rising HCG levels is what causes those symptoms. For me, I first found out I was pregnant when I was 5 weeks and didn't have a single symptom either and then the symptoms started a week later. But then there are the lucky ones who don't get nausea. If it's gonna hit it will within the next few weeks
