Low blood pressure

I fell and seriously sprained my ankle. I was dizzy and clammy afterward. I went to my first prenatal appt and told my doc what happened. They took my BP and it was very low 90/52 which she said was the reason I fell. The only thing she recommended was to drink more water. Is there anything else I can do to help my low blood pressure? This is baby #3 I've never had any problems in my last pregnancies. I'm 13 weeks. Thanks in advance. :)
