eltroxin and pregnancy?

So I was diagnosed with a low thyroid (I am 13 weeks 2 days prego) and started taking my first pill this morning of eltroxin. Is anyone else on thyroid medication while pregnant?  Will this harm my baby at all? I've Read that its better to take them then to not take them because If you don't your baby can end up with complications. The doc said i can go off of them after my baby is born If my thyroid is back to normal. I'm a little nervous but I wanna do what's best for my baby. Did Anyone go through the same thing and have a healthy baby?

(I posted a question similar to this before but I am just curious if any one is going through the same thing or has gone through it,  thanks)

I have hypothyroidism found out before I was pregnant with my first I take levothyroxine 200mg pill every morning as mine is not stable keeps messing up. You need to keep taking your pills as if you don't things can go wrong with pregnancy i am on extra scans to check the growth of baby cause baby can be to small or too big.

I had hypothyroidism with my 1st pregnancy that I took 50mg of levothyroxin for everyday from early on and my son is 2yrs old and very smart  healthy and everyone says he's incredibly well behaved. Im on it again for this pregnancy and had to have the dosage upped a few months ago as far as I know my 2nd boy is good my doc had told me that my thyroid beong low couldve caused a miscarriage I had almpst 8yrs ago and other complications besides the things it can do to u.
