I am 8 weeks with my first amd had cramping between weeks 5 and 7. They just stopped not that long ago. My Dr said it was probably my uterus expanding or the egg implanting and was a totally normal experience. I can see why your worried though!
Thank you everyone! The cramps are off and on less now. Im really praying everything is ok. I dont have another appt until my first ultrasound on sept 15th. The waiting is killing me!
It is normal. I'm 27 weeks with my 3rd daughter (also had 2 miscarriages) and i've cramped with all of them. Just rest as much as you can, drink lots of water and take your prenatals. I also think extra folic acid helps. I take a prenatal with 1mg in it and 800mcg on top of that. You can take up to 4mg daily while pregnant. Try not to stress, I'm sure your little baby is fine :)
I'm 11 weeks today with 2 previous miscarriages and I've had cramping off and on since I found out I was pregnant. I've had multiple u/s done but if your ever in doubt go to the er and you'll have a full work up done there. Gd luck
I agree! I wish i could have went in right away.. it will be a month since i made my appt when i finally get to go. It feels like it is taking a long time to get here.. ive got to say this is the first time I've been excited to go see my dr!
Its horrible we have to wait so long before we can see a midwife ill be glad when I know everythings fine untill then we just have to relax and try not to stress I guess good luck ladies
Im six weeks and have constant cramps.. i keep reading its normal. I can't wait to see my dr in two weeks just to make sure everything is good!!
Hi im almost 5 weeks I miscarried early weeks last year and im also experiencing cramps like yourself im glad you posted that its all ok for this to happen as I never had any cramps with my first born congratulations and good luck :)
I know how you feel I always cramped before miscarrying (I had 3, always around the 6th wk). I had cramps with this pregnancy too early on but I'm 18 weeks now. However I was put on progesterone pills to decrease the chance of miscarriage.
thank you it does. My doctor told me it was normal there's still that fear there though
I experienced this and it was just my uterus expanding. It was off and on for me for two weeks or so. I'm now eleven weeks :-) Hope this helps.
