5 weeks mild symptoms?

I'm 5 weeks with my first baby. I haven't had any symptoms besides headaches, constant hunger, and a missed period. Tender breasts as well but that has faded. I'm nervous because I had a miscarriage about 2 years ago around 6-7 weeks and this was the same scenario (mild symptoms then nothing.) Should I be worried? Any other ladies having mild symptoms? Is it still pretty early to worry about not having major signs? (Like nausea)

I would try not to worry. I had zero symptoms until I was 17 weeks or so with mu current pregnancy and like you I had a miscarrige before this last one. Every pregnancy c omes with its own symptoms or lack there of and not all symptoms will be felt everyday with the same intensity, but stress is always bad for the baby so try to stay positive. :-)
