5 weeks pregnant, no symptons

I am a little over 5 weeks pregnant. The last month I've had really bad nausea and the last 4 days my nipples have been really sensitive.  But the last couple days the nausea is gone, i dont feel bloated anymore and my nipples arent that sensitive as they were. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it normal to lose symptoms?  Im just a little concerned because we had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in Jan and I don't want to go through that again.

I am totally on the same boat, I am also 5 w along and I was feeling every symptom in the book a week ago (nausea, acne, cramping, fatigue, mood swings etc.) But this week, not a whole heck of a lot. It makes me nervous as well because I had a miscarriage 3 months ago... I have an ultra sound on Tues to make sure everything is "working", if you may :) Since you have had a miscarriage I would ask your OB for an earlier ultra sound, make sure that cute baby's heart is beating away!

Hi, im 23 weeks pregnant,I had sore nipples for about a week and nausea for only 2 days at the begining of this pregnancy. Midwife reasured me that I was just lucky, I was so relieved to see my beautiful baby at the 12 week scan with a strong heartbeat and nonstop wriggling about, completely different to my other three pregnancies, give your mw a call and let her know how you feel.  X
