I am 7 weeks.  My symptoms are worse than with my first pregnancy. Bad indigestion. Nauseous but no actual throwing up. Extremely sore nipples. I get full really fast, then have indigestion and then like an hour later I'm hungry and my stomach is rumbling but I feel nauseous and nothing sounds appetizing. I am extremely moody, borderline depressed I would say. Cry easily. Thirsty. Constipated. And gassy. It's alot of fun! Lol I haven't gained any weight. But my boobs are definitely growing. I think that's the only thing I like about pregnancy!
