Try make a fruit smoothie, with 1% milk and frozen fruit works any care add a little bit of vanilla extract or sugar to give it a bit of sweetness but not to much! That way your getting something in your stomach! It helped me out so much because I couldn't keep anything down in the begin! Good luck and congrats momma
I am the same way and I have found that the only thing I can eat or drink are those naked fruit smoothies and they r full of vitamins
